The Premier League returns with a bang this weekend, with a game between the two bottom sides. Today Arsenal will face also the pointless Norwich, after the tough defeat from the last year’s champion Manchester City.
If Arteta’s gunning army fails to score, it will be the first time ever that they have registered no goals in their opening four games of a league season, and Norwich is not renowned for any form of defensive resolve either.
The Gunners eased to a 4-0 victory over Norwich when they last met in July last year, and Norwich hasn’t claimed any away league won against Arsenal, since 1992, on their first game in the Premier League.
Norwich may travel to the Emirates feeling optimistic about their chances of a shock result given their hosts’ own abysmal start to the season, but however now Arsenal is in full power with the presumed preferred center-back duo: Gabrie and Ben White, alongside Thomas Partey, and Eddie Nketiah.
